As with most email software/apps, images from external sources are not shown by default in Webmail because spammers commonly use this to track if you have seen an email and confirm you have an active address. Emails from senders in your contacts will automatically show images. For other trusted sources you can easily show the images by clicking 'Allow' next to the warning in the email. If you click 'Always allow from' this will add the sender's address to your contacts so the images are always shown.
